Paneer/Cheese Tikka
Whenever we hear this name we get a feeling of Large cut tasty grilled vegetables along with the taste of Cheese or Paneer as we call it in Hindi in India. One of the largest served starters with chilly sauce.
Some even like it Smoked,Some like it grilled over Coal while those who do not have a barbecue may even cook it in Microwave Grill or Oven Grill.
So what do you require for all this at the very first is large cut vegetables some may prefer chopped as well but with grilled recipes I basically like large pieces of vegetables as follows.
The vegetables may include
Next comes the very important part the Marination
Meanwhile heat some mustard oil(you can use edible oil too but Mustard oil is good for health).Let it cool for a moment and add Turmeric and mix well.Once the oil gets a bit cold add it to the Paste we have prepared earlier and mix well.
That's all our Paste is ready.
Next its time to marinate add the vegetables and Cheese to the paste and keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins.
Take out the marination mixture Take one piece at a time and put it either on a Barbecue Stick or Toothpicks since Cheese is soft I prefer toothpicks to organize them on Grills.
Grill at 220 degree Celsius for 45 mins and garnish with Coriander Powder and Serve.
